9. DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR HALIONSONIC by Steinberg (for the products that require it)

9.1 Halionsonic Installation. Licensee acknowledges that the Software,  requires the Free Halionsonic instrument for operation, which is distributed and maintained by Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH ("Steinberg"). Dom Sigalas carries no responsibility for any issues related to the installation, operation, or maintenance of Halionsonic.

9.2 Third-Party Responsibility. Licensee understands and agrees that any difficulties, errors, or issues arising from the installation or use of Halionsonic shall be the sole responsibility of the user. Dom Sigalas disclaims any liability for any inability to install, configure, or use Halionsonic, and Licensee shall seek support directly from Steinberg for any such matters.

9.3 Separate Agreement with Steinberg. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that any use of Halionsonic is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Steinberg in their separate license agreement, and Licensee is solely responsible for compliance with such terms.

By installing or using the Software, Licensee acknowledges and agrees to the disclaimer of responsibility outlined in this section.

By downloading and using our digital products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not download or use our digital products.
